Acquired in October 2021, The Saville is the newest edition to our portfolio. The building on Shaftesbury Avenue currently operates as an Odeon Cinema but has suffered a lack of investment in recent decades. We are working with key community stakeholders to return it to a live performance venue with ancillary uses.
