In September 2020, Yoo Capital acquired the controlling 75.5% interest in Shepherd’s Bush Market from U+I Plc (LON: UAI) who retains a 24.5% minority interest.

Originally established in 1918, Shepherd’s Bush Market is one of London’s most historic and beloved markets. Situated in West London, the site involves a total of 4.2 acres, including adjoining land available for a mixed-use development with the opportunity to deliver critically needed affordable housing and affordable workspace.

Since September, we have been working with Shepherd’s Bush Market Traders to improve and repair the Market’s infrastructure. We will shortly begin consultation on a new Masterplan vision which will include significant investment in to the Market and the traders who have been an integral part of the community for generations.
