Most recently, we have partnered with Astarte Capital Partners LLP to launch Yoo Capital Fund II, a closed-ended opportunistic real estate fund which has so far acquired Shepherd’s Bush Market and the Odeon, Shaftesbury Avenue. The partnership combines the real estate investment expertise and comprehensive in-house capabilities of Yoo Capital with the institutional asset management know-how of Astarte.
